My European Sleeper train was considerably delayed en route. What am I entitled to? And what do I need to do?

Does the delay to your European Sleeper train mean that you will arrive at your arrival station at least 60 minutes later? In that case, you are entitled to a partial refund of your ticket costs. For 60 to 119 minutes' delay, you will receive a 25% refund and for over 120 minutes you will receive a 50% refund. Request a form via service@europeansleeper. You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.).
