My European Sleeper train has been shortened or diverted and is not stopping at my departure or arrival station. I was informed about this before departure.

Were you notified before departure that your train would not stop at your station? In that case, you will be offered an alternative. Is our alternative not acceptable? In that case, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. This applies to any ticket, whether a Flex Night, Good Night or Easy Night ticket. You can also choose to rebook the ticket to travel with European Sleeper on a later date. Request a form via service@europeansleeper. You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.). If you are en route, other rights apply.
