My European Sleeper train is seriously delayed and I'm waiting at the station. What do I need to do?

Just wait, and we will try to provide as much information as possible about the rest of your journey. You are entitled to compensation if our train arrives at least 60 minutes late at the arrival station.

Request your compensation via info@europeansleeper.eu. Please always mention your booking code. 

You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.).
