My European Sleeper train has been cancelled. I am at the station. What do I need to do?

We will try to contact you to tell you what to do. Otherwise, go home or stay with friends or family if possible. You are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. This applies to any ticket, whether a Flex Night, Good Night or Easy Night ticket. You can also choose to rebook the ticket to travel with European Sleeper on a later date. Request a form via service@europeansleeper.eu If you can't find accommodation, you may arrange a reasonably priced hotel and/or transfer. And you may continue your journey on a train or bus operated by another company if you wish. You will be compensated for these costs too, within reason. However, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of your ticket price. Request a form via service@europeansleeper. You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.).
