My European Sleeper train was cancelled well before departure. What am I entitled to? And what do I need to do?

Were you notified well before departure that your train was cancelled? In that case, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. This applies to any ticket, whether a Flex Night, Good Night or Easy Night ticket. You can also choose to rebook the ticket to travel with European Sleeper on a later date. Request a form via service@europeansleeper. You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.).
