My European Sleeper train has been shortened or diverted and is not stopping at my departure or arrival station. I am en route.

We will try to contact you to tell you what to do. If you need accommodation, you may arrange a reasonably priced hotel and/or transfer. You may also continue your journey on a train or bus operated by another company. You will be compensated for these costs too, within reason. Request a form via service@europeansleeper. You are not entitled to compensation for any other costs incurred (cancelled overnight stays, train journeys with other transport companies, meetings, etc.).
