Train staff provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility on the train whenever possible.

Please notify us of your need for assistance at least 2 days before departure by sending an e-mail to service@europeansleeper.eu.

If you require assistance at the station, please submit your request in good time to NMBS for Belgium (www.belgiantrain.be/nl/travel-info/prepare-for-your-journey/assistance-reduced-mobility), NS reisassistentie for the Netherlands (www.ns.nl/reisinformatie/reizen-met-een-beperking/ns-reisassistentie.html), DB Mobilitätsservice-Zentrale for Germany (www.bahn.de/service/individuelle-reise/barrierefrei) or CD for the Czech Republic (www.cd.cz/cestovani-zdravotne-hendikepovanych/default.htm)

Please note that at the moment, European Sleeper trains do not have full facilities for persons with reduced mobility. We are working hard to make this possible in the future.

However, foldable wheelchairs can be carried as luggage. Please contact customer service at service@europeansleeper.eu to pass this on. Please note that moving on the train with a wheelchair is not possible.
