Are your trains accessible to passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility?

Modified on Mon, 8 Apr at 10:42 PM

The European Sleeper trains do not currently have full facilities for people with restricted mobility. We can offer people with restricted mobility a bed or couchette near a location in the train where a foldable wheelchair can be accommodated. Please contact service@europeansleeper.eu. Remember that it is not possible to move around in the train using a wheelchair.

Train staff offer assistance on the train whenever possible. Please let us know your need for assistance at least 2 days before departure by sending an e-mail to service@europeansleeper.eu.

If you need assistance at the station, please submit your request in good time to NMBS for Belgium (www.belgiantrain.be/nl/travel-info/prepare-for-your-journey/assistance-reduced-mobility), NS reisassistentie for the Netherlands (www.ns.nl/reisinformatie/reizen-met-een-beperking/ns-reisassistentie.html), DB Mobilitätsservice-Zentrale for Germany (www.bahn.de/service/individuelle-reise/barrierefrei) or CD for the Czech Republic (www.cd.cz/cestovani-zdravotne-hendikepovanych/default.htm)
