How do I book a place for someone in a wheelchair or with some other impairment?

Modified on Mon, 8 Apr at 10:49 PM

The European Sleeper trains do not currently have full facilities for people with restricted mobility. We are working hard to provide these in the future.

Please contact our customer service at [email protected] and we can check whether we can offer people with restricted mobility a bed or couchette near a location in the train which can accommodate a foldable wheelchair. Remember that it is not possible to use a wheelchair to move around on the train.

If you need assistance at the station, please submit your request in good time to NMBS for Belgium (www.belgiantrain.be/nl/travel-info/prepare-for-your-journey/assistance-reduced-mobility), NS reisassistentie for the Netherlands (www.ns.nl/reisinformatie/reizen-met-een-beperking/ns-reisassistentie.html), DB Mobilitätsservice-Zentrale for Germany (www.bahn.de/service/individuelle-reise/barrierefrei) or CD for the Czech Republic (www.cd.cz/cestovani-zdravotne-hendikepovanych/default.htm)
