What if my departure or arrival station has changed?

If your departure or arrival station has changed, you may travel from your original departure station to the new departure station (or vice versa from your new arrival station to your original arrival station) using a domestic train service at your own arrangement. We will reimburse the cost of your second-class ticket. Simply send a copy of your train ticket to our Customer Service team (click here), quoting your booking reference.


In case you made a booking via our website the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process. If you used another booking platform to make a booking or your booking code starts with ES23, please contact our customer service and include your bank details so we can arrange the reimbursement.
