I travelled in a lower comfort class than stated on my ticket because my comfort class was not available. Am I entitled to compensation?

Did you travel in a lower comfort class than stated on your ticket? In that case, you are at least entitled to the following refund. 


refund downgrade from sleeper to couchette €50pp
refund downgrade from couchette to seat  € 50pp
refund downgrade from sleeper to seat  € 100pp
Interrail25% 
refund  downgrade from private to shared€ 25pp
refund downgrade from shared 5 to 6€ 25pp
