Are there always verbal announcements for passengers with a visual impairment or is this assistance provided in another way?

Not every stop will be announced to guarantee passengers a good night's sleep. However, the steward on the train can give you a timely personal warning as your exit station approaches. Before you sleep, please inform the steward of your request. You can also email us at service@europeansleeper.eu no later than 2 days before departure and we'll pass on the request in advance.
