I've booked and been allocated a middle or upper bed. Due to physical impairments, I can't use a middle or upper bed. Can I be allocated a lower bed?

If you are travelling with a group, try to swap beds. The tickets are transferable. If that isn't an option, for example because you're travelling alone, send a message to our customer service at [email protected]. Do this as soon as possible after booking, but within 48 hours at the latest. We will then check whether we can allocate you a lower bed.
