It isn't yet possible to book an upper, middle or lower bed. We are working hard to provide these in the future.
If a middle or upper bed is not suitable for you due to a physical impairment, the easiest solution is to swap with your travel companions. The tickets are transferable. If that isn't an option, for example because you're travelling alone, send a message to our customer service at [email protected]. Do this as soon as possible after booking, but within 48 hours at the latest. We will then check whether we can allocate you a lower bed.
