We have three fare categories, each with their own terms and conditions. You also need to remember that the fares are different on quiet days and periods than on busy days and periods.
- Flex Night fare: this fare is the normal fare without a discount. If you cancel, the ticket price will be refunded in full up to 48 hours before departure. This fare is always available so long as the train or requested comfort level in the train is not fully booked.
- Good Night fare: this is a fare with an excellent discount. If you cancel, the ticket price will be refunded in full up to 30 days before departure. For cancellations up to 15 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. A limited number of tickets are available for this fare.
- Easy Night fare: This is the fare with the highest discount. These tickets cannot be cancelled. Only a limited number of tickets are available for this fare.
